The American Display Alliance will not accept any returns on used products. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all new returned products.
We provide FREE ground shipping with a turn around time of 7 - 10 business days. All used displays or any expedited shipments will require a shipper identification number included on your order. We will as an alternative, provide an estimated shipping quote for expedited shipments. The estimated amount will be charged on your invoice.
